What could be simpler?
Additionally, we not only simplify the process, we also ensure your complete
satisfaction.* We offer experienced, highly-trained house cleaning professionals
in your area. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and all of our professionals
have passed a criminal background check.
Cancellation policy: We request that you give a full 48-hours notice if you need
to postpone or cancel your appointment. This allows us an opportunity to re-schedule
your cleaner with another customer. We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation
fee if you do not give 48-hours notice.
Credit Card policies: You will not enter any credit card information on our web site.
A manager will contact you by phone for your credit card number. We require a valid credit card on
file before confirming any appointment. Your credit card will be processed after the job is completed.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for excessive mess or clutter. If
this is the case, we will not begin work until we have approved the additional charge
with you. We also reserve the right to charge a $50 trip charge if no one is
home at the time of the appointment.
*Satisfaction guarantee: When we complete your cleaning, we
will ask for your approval. If an advertised service is s not completed to your satisfaction,
we will stay until it is. Customer must be present at completion of appointment to qualify for
satisfaction guarantee. If customer cannot be present to give approval, we reserve the right to
charge a trip charge of at least $50 to return.
