Cancellation policy: We request that you give a full 48-hours notice if you need to postpone or cancel your appointment. This allows us an opportunity to re-schedule your cleaner with another customer. We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee if you do not give 48-hours notice. Credit Card policies: We require a credit card to confirm all appointments. We will charge your credit card one business day before your appointment. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for excessive mess or clutter. If this is the case, we will not begin work until we have approved the additional charge with you. We also reserve the right to charge a $50 trip charge if no one is home at the time of the appointment.
